I have been a member at this gym for many years and I absolutely love it. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help you out with whatever questions you have. It is a unique facility with unique equipment that you really can't find anywhere else. It truly is one of a kind - not anything like those garbage commercial gyms out there. If you are looking for serious results this is the place to join. Whether you take part in their group classes like boxing, kettlebell, yoga or learn to flip a tire and hit a pr with a personal trainer - there is something for everyone that will be sure to help you reach whatever goals you've set for yourself.
