I seriously can't believe the mess we are in now. STEVE CHAMBERLAINE is our manager and he is a bully. When we complained about a problem they waited and waited and did nothing. Then he took credit for what I started--calling the fire department. They do not care about the tenants or their well being. Instead, Steve spent 20 mins on the phone yelling and screaming at me like he was a 3 year old child who couldn't control his tantrum. After asking him multiple times to calm down and conduct himself in a mature way, he still kept his intimidating, abusive tone. They are highly unprofessional. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST or suffer like all the other reviews you are reading.. I am now going to write more reviews, contact the BBB, and whoever else I can find. Then, it will be an uphill battle to get the board to fire this horrible management company!
They seriously need to hire anger management doctors for their employees because they are down right rude, defensive, and abusive.
