Horrible insurance agent - go elsewhere - seriously! It was too much work for him to write an auto policy. After he made a mistake and issued the wrong coverage/policy, it took him 5 weeks to try to fix it, when he still didn't get it right, he told me ""I've spent enough time on this!"" As a customer I was left hanging. When I asked why he he couldn't honor what he wrote in an email, he said ""I don't know if you can read..."" So if you want an insurance agent who is incompetent and will verbally slander you as a customer, then Ivan is your man!
