Hearing Masters were recommended to me, and I went to meet first with James. I was impressed with him and came back the following week to get hearing aids. I have gone once more since then to have them adjusted.
I am extremely pleased with everything that has happened so far. James can even do adjustments over the telephone for the hearing aids. He put in some new software so that he do that.
