I have been with Precision Automotive for a couple of years. I actually started using their service by accident. I had gone to the previous owner before the current owners bought it. So I went back to be serviced and I realized they had changed ownership and they were a different service entirely. I did not know what to expect and I was a little skeptical, but it turned out to be a very positive experience and that is why I continue to go back.
They are very friendly and it is a family-run business, which I like. They are easy to talk with and they seem to do a good job with the car. They give me a detailed explanation of the work to be performed and they call for approval before they start any repairs. And, they are also lower cost than the dealership. So far, all the work they have done for me has been good so I can only conclude that it has been a positive experience.
