The sales people either know nothing about the cars they are trying to sell or do not care enough to even demonstrate any features. Expect to be left waiting around while they chat and laugh in their cubicles rather than attend to waiting customers. Worst of all, they get nasty very fast if you even ask for any explanations about the pricing. Stay away, there are other Toyota dealers in the area, no reason to put up with this pathetic excuse of a dealership.
