So, my appointment started out with a beverage and a stylist employed there named Shawn. Believe he is new to their team. Might be new to their team but what a great addition!! He's professional, did just as I asked of him and my hair has never looked better. He really took the time to sit down with me and explain the styling products he was using which was very helpful for my at home styling. Shawn exceeds in color and for head stopping color this is your guy. Not sure why the negative remark on here but that person must have not been at the same Utopia Aveda I was at....because I experienced nothing but the best.
