My compliments to your service crew for the excellent
care I received during my visit there. My engine light
came on during a road trip to California and the response from the Toyota dealership there was somewhere between patronizing and insulting. Amy Curry, on the other hand, was courteous and
efficient. She explained everything to me without patronizing orrushing. I felt like my '99, 133,000 mile 4Runner was getting (and worth) the best care possible. Everyone from the phone receptionist
to the young man who took me home was friendly and helpful. There is no doubt that I will cheerfully return for further service.
