If you buy a fountain from this place, be sure to get enough putty (used for leveling the fountain)... I had an unbelievable situation happen... They did not provide me enough putty to adequately assemble my fountain and when I returned to pick up more putty, they charged me for it. I questioned the charge (as I just had bought a $500 fountain from them) and they argued with me about it, insisting that I show them my receipt. Not a great way to win back a customer! Would have appreciated a sufficient amount of tools required for assembly or at least a willingness to provide for the customer's needs on the return trip.
