They obtained a vehicle from my family by buying it with a bad check. They bought the vehicle with a check wrote out from the Sports Car Center and it was returned insufficient funds. When called they said they would make the check good within 48 hours, but didn't. A letter was sent to them by my attorney requesting corrective action with no response. Formal charges have been filed with the authorities.
