We bought an Escalade ESV about a year ago. I called both local Cadillac dealers, and could not believe the difference in the service advisers. We have had our ESV serviced several times at Swope, and the service has been consistently great every time. The service adviser even helped my wife put the kid's car seats in the loaner the last time she took it in. When in comes to Cadillac service, Sam Swope gets an A+
