I was excited to try this place - I had been given a coupon for buy one get one free from a friend and had heard decent things about their food. However, I will never return to Kaya while in Columbus due to their terrible customer service. Initially the waitress was willing to accept our coupon, but right before the food came out the manager came out to tell us he would not honor the deal. What kind of restaurant sends out coupons then gives customers a hard time about using them? The food was nothing to write home about, either. I really do not recommend this place - give your business to another restaurant that actually values its customers and treats them with respect.
