Girlfriend worked their for almost 7 months. Had a break in between for maternity and they started her over just like she was a new employee. Director does not know how to talk to people, and curses even around the kids sometimes. Does not know how to separate workplace and friend relationships. It is a high turnover rate because the director asks you to work off the clock for small things, but time does add up. My girlfriend only put up with this until she found another job. Horrible director.
