Had their service for 5 years. They charge $1.50 per bag for yard waste so I changed to another company for waste disposal that does not charge extra for yard waste removal. I canceled service with Evergreen with 2 months remaining on my current paid service. I called twice inquiring on my refund and it was not until I followed up in writing that I got my refund, a full two months after I canceled service. Evergreen even withheld $5.00 for mailing fee. I am appalled with this type of customer service. I am sure I would have been charged a late fee if I paid my bill a full two months late.
