Awful. I brought in a swatch to have my wedding shoes and flower girl shoes dyed for my wedding and when i picked them up not only do they not match each other they dont even match the swatch. When I said this he said that the reason my shoes didnt match was because they werent dyable...uhh not according to the manufactuer of them and the flower girl shoes he kept repeating ""they match they match"" and ""not my fault"" about my shoes. The bottom of both pairs have streaks of dye, and not all of the material is even covered with dye! He ruined my shoes and now with a week until my wedding I am stuck. He also makes you pay when you drop them off, should have seen that as a sign that he wouldnt be good. If I were you, I would avoid his place like the plague.
