I hired Kevin Aplin of Catlin to take elevation measurements on the floor of a condo I am purchasing. The floor originally had a drastic slope (2 inch difference from wall to wall), but was repaired by the builder while in escrow. My aim was to have Kevin evaluate the work and determine if it meets construction standards.
