When I first met Tammy, I told her, ""I don't run"". After working out with her 5 days a week for the past year and a half, I just completed my 3rd 5K. Oh and I have also lost 50+ inches in the process. She has truely changed my life. She is a great coach and an inspiration to all who she works with. Geared for all ages and fitness level. Everyone should be as lucky as I am to have discovered Total Training by Tammy.
