I just started Tammy's boot camp a few weeks ago and already I love it! I was hesitant about joining a boot camp where someone would yell at me and put me down if I couldn't do the exercises but Tammy isn't anything like that. She uses positive reinforcement to motivate you instead. She really seems to care about her trainees and you get the feeling that she will definitely notice if you don't show up to one of the classes, which is a great motivator on the days your not really feeling like working out. I've felt so amazing and energized since I've started the class. I have tried many different exercising strategies throughout the years (i.e. going to the gym by myself, with a friend, hiring a personal trainer, aerobics classes, etc.) but so far Tammy's boot camp is my absolute favorite. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to get in shape, lose weight or just feel amazing!
