Mr. Bailey came out to bid on our window job but a month later I still do not have a bid. I called a week ago and said I needed a bid in hand by end of business Monday. He called me and said it would be in the mail by Weds (2 days after my deadline). A week later, still nothing in the mail. He was very personable but I have a failed window and can't keep waiting with winter coming.
