Last week I made an appointment to get my hair highlighted and trimmed for life spa
Today when I arrived for my hair appointment (5 minutes early) I was told that she didn't have time to do my hair. She could maybe fit in a trim but not a highlight.. While telling me this she was standing at her station doing her OWN hair!
I work in New Albany and had to leave work early this evening and rush home to make this hair appointment.. I also skipped my yoga sculpt class at the gym to make this hair appointment. I am disappointed and somewhat disgusted at the lack of customer service and poor attitudes in the Life Spa. The receptionist never apologized to me and had the audacity to ask if i wanted to reschedule for another time.
