This is the absolute worst alteration experience I have ever encountered. It has taken over a month and 4 trips to this shop to get 2 pair of jeans and 2 shirts altered. I took the jeans in on a Friday and Mrs. Dang told me they would be ready the following Friday. I go, not ready, come back the next Friday. I go, pick them up and the work was terribly shoddy. She had ripped out the back seam on both pair (to take up the waist) and the result was a back seam that was off-centered and very uncomfortable. Both pair of jeans had to be thrown away!
