If you read the ad it seem very nice. If you live here for a week you will be ready to move for the price the apartments are very small but the location you can not beat. Once you get to your apartment it fine but it's the fact of getting to your apartment safely.
People hanging in front of the building bagging for money smokes whatever. It's a mixed income building. It was nice until the new management.
