I called Lovell Llyod, the GM at Knapp Chevrolet at 815 Houston Ave, Houston Texas 77007, this morning at 9:30am on a 2001 Chevy Tahoe to make an offer. Lovell Lyod, the GM, agreed to the price offered and I told him my husband was on his way to sign the papers and pick up the car. By the time I got off the phone and had my husband drive directly to their location (a matter of a 30 minute commute from where we live), they sold the car to someone else.
