I wanted to send my Mother flowers for her 75th birthday so I decided to use a local company close to her home (instead of using one of the online services because I like to support local businesses). I called them 2 days before delivery and ordered everything over the phone and gave them my credit card number, contact number, etc. The evening of my Mother's birthday, I called her to see if she liked the flowers and she said "what flowers?". Long story short, the company never delivered them! They also never left a note on her door or called me to say there was an issue with the delivery (as it states they would do on their website). After complaining via email I received a credit and nothing else. I will never, ever use them ever again and I recommend others to do the same unless they want to risk the chance of flowers not showing up for that special occasion. Thanks for ruining my Mother's 75th birthday Dill's!!!
