We had 3 rooms for our family. When we first arrived the desk was very friendly. All of our rooms had a smell to them and when we ask about this and we were told they had spray they could bring to our room.(This is not an acceptable solution) We started out in room 223 till there was a leak in our bathroom from the upstairs room so they moved us to room 221. Which also had a smell to it. The T.V.'s in all 3 rooms had a blue or a green tint to them. When we callled for room service we were told our first 2 choices from the menu we ordered they did not have. And when we called the desk concerning the green tint of our T.V. they finally sent an employee (who had been drinking )to look at our T.V. After looking at the T.V. his response was it is green and that the hotel was in the process of replacing them to flat screens but have not completed the rooms. Than he said we should ask for another room.(This was after using swear words while talking about the problem) We told him we already had been moved once. The front desk and the maids were very kind but the room smell and other problems with all of our rooms in our group made us wish we chose to stay some where else. more
