I apologize for the inconvience with the gift card but your problem should be with the location that sold the gift card. They were unclear and misrepresented their product. Your a young girl and I think you were taken advantage of. It was not my intent to upset you but in this situation the manager's hands are tied. If the manager had in fact known how dissatisfied you were with your service you would have absolutely gotten the service for free.
