We purchased a pre-ownded M109 two weeks ago. The clutch had to be tightened which was done by the service team. Yesterday, we were stranded in the middle of the night on a busy intersection because the clutch broke. The cable just ripped. Castle did not offer any kind of support to fix this. After only two weeks of ownership this should have not happened - especially because the clutch was supposedly "checked". Was it tightened too much?? Is that why it broke after only two weeks??? I am questioning Castle's integrity and business moral and their quality of service and work. I dont feel that we were treated as a valued customer and we are never going to bring our business back. We are going to have this issue fixed somewhere else and every oil change, every maintenance or any additional service will NOT be done at this place. We have two motorcycles that need regular maintenance work done and we are eager to enhance and upgrade several parts - NOT with Castle. I am sure somebody with a business degree and a calculator will sooner or later figure out that it would have been much more profitable to show integrity and responsibility than saving a few bucks by not offering to take care of this.
