I went through Action Appliance for an appliance repair. It really depends how lucky you are as to what kind of experience you end up having with this company. The receptionists seem to be nice and friendly on the phone. There is a repairman named Bill who is very good and knows how to communicate with customers while out on service calls. However, there is another repairman named Dana who is absolutely horrible. He clearly has no clue what he is doing. To top it off, he is very rude and lacks any sort of customer service skills. Overall, I think this company would be great if Dana wasn't messing things up for them. Ask for Bill and you should be well taken care of.
