I have rented from this location for many years, but advise you to use another office. I have no problem with Enterprise, just with the older lady "manager" at this branch. She gave me incorrect information about the rental vehicle which caused me to have a very bad experience riding home. She claimed it was my fault (it clearly was not) and became combative with me. Enterprise would do itself and the community a favor in letting this woman go to find other employment, preferably not working with the public.
