I wouldn't recommend this place. There are many other alteration businesses in Reno/Sparks that have good customer service and appreciate their clients. I got a pair of pants hemmed there and when I got home realized one of the legs had been sewn and the other hadn't. I was in the car when I realized this so I safety pinned them and worked that day. When I got time to make it in the lady working informed me she'd charge me to fix the error they'd made additionally stating that they couldn't have possibly made this error.
