Due to the nature of the business, and the fact that there are some things that we simply cannot control such as the weather, traffic delays, and unexpected mechanical issues sometimes delays may occur. This is also clearly stated in the contract signed by the customer. The customer called regarding his delivery status and was informed that due to some unexpected delays his delivery will be 5 days late. The customer told us that he understood that such things can happen and didn?t complain at all. In his review, the customer complains of our delivery time which was between 7 and 9 pm on Saturday. The delivery policy that Mr Dubrovensky signed also has a question whether or not a delivery could be made during the weekend and after 6 pm, he said yes (document on file).
