Sorry this is wordy, but I'm still a little steamed about my experience last night with this place. Not to knock anybody, but, being an ASE certified technician and having worked in some dealerships, I feel I have more knowledge about vehicles than the average car buyer. I have never bought nor traded in a vehicle I didn't thoroughly research. I have never been "sold" a vehicle; I know exactly what I want and I buy what I am looking for when the price is right. When my wife found a nice Quest minivan Autocenters Nissan had listed on the internet, I checked with my bank, Kelly Blue Book, and NADA on the trade in and suggested retail values of our Suburban to be traded. I knew I owed $5,000 less than retail and loan value, and also a little under trade in value. We had made sure prior to leaving the house that my self-employed wife was approved for financing.
