I have been a patient with All Dental for over 10 years and have promptly paid all my bills (some of them quite large) Staff is competent and facility is modern. However, I often come away feeling that I have not been treated with respect. On my last visit, they insisted on payment upfront for dental xrays even though I had coverage thru Blue Cross Federal Employee plan. Sure enough, Blue Cross sent me a letter saying that they are sending payment to All Dental. Now I will have the annoyance of trying to get a refund from All Dental (they are very slow about this). Another time, shortly after I switched to Blue Cross from Fallon, the hygienist kicked me out of my chair after she had begun to clean my teeth. This was after I had shown my new insurance card to the front desk. The office manager intervened, so I got my teeth cleaned but I was so upset I was shaking. This isn't the way to treat a long term customer! more
