I'm sorry I'm so late in the game of internet postings, but we at the Gold Rush would like to respond to Renee.
We're glad she feels we are friendly and knowledgable, but wish she would have said something to us about her stone not being straight. We set customers' stones while they watch, and have an open door to our workroom where we buff and steam the gold grit from the stone after it's set.
If any customer has a question about our workmanship we encourage them to let us know so we can make any adjustments. After all, in the end it is the customer who must be happy with their jewelry because they are the ones who will wear and enjoy it.
Renee, we hope you can come in again so we can make you happy.
