I dont know what to say but how the overall experience was. When I met Neal, I have to say his knowledge of installing solid hardwood was very impressive. He was patient with me because I dont know the first thing about putting a solid hardwood down, but after talking with him I can tell this wasnt his "first rodeo". Anyways, we purchased the flooring from a wholesale company he recommended and his crew picked it up and the project began. I have to say, I was a little worried when Neal didnt even have to explain to his crew how to put the floors down. He just told them the rooms, and let them be. The project was only about three days, and I have never done this, but I feel it went very well. I had a little more than 980 sq ft to install and I have to say that I have nothing negative to say about the company. The price was worth it, I have heard of many bad experiences.
