I don't get this store at all. As a remodeler, I can go in there with my company logo plastered all over my clothing and barely get a hello. There is a definite aloofness that permeates the attitude of the staff. I have to give my business to Home Depot up the street (which is in Algonquin, they "get it") even though I would prefer giving my sales tax dollars to my home town (Lake In The Hills). Breadth of product and selection is another problem. Very neat and clean but that doesn't help me much.
