This Family owned company Cancelled my service because they did not come back for a follow-up after I paid them $229 to remove bee nests. The claimed to have left a message 3x but REALLY, the never said we need to come out for your follow up, never said are cancelling your service. I used them for 4 years!! Then the rep said she would transfer me to a manager who was a real jerk. Its the only manager the have on staff. I would NOT recommend this company.
