I miss the days before Therapy took over Lola's Breakfast business. In those days you were ALWAYS met with a smile and ahappy and sincere "Good Morning". The customer service was always outstanding. These days..... well, you are rarely even acknowledged by the man behind the counter who obviously would rather be at home in bed than waiting on the paying customers. I get the feeling he would much rather say "go to ......" than to say "Good Morning, I will be with you in a moment". The only saving grace of the experience is the very sweet and pleasant young lady behind the cash register. Without her smiles and customer service skills there is no hope. The owners and managers of Therapy need to get a clue.
