We stopped in Asian Garden Buffet because we were in the area and hungry. We could tell the food looked dried out (so Im not sure why the staff didnt figure it out sooner) but we were hungry and decided something had to taste good, but we were wrong. All of the food was dried out and old and we got there at 7:30, which is prime dinner time. I lost my appetite and stopped eating and when we tried to complain the waitress pretended either she didnt speak english or didnt hear us cause she just walked away and then when I told the lady at the front desk she said "no the chef says it is fresh." Two problems with this, she did not walk away and ask the chef so someone else must have said the same thing or she was lying, and also, working in customer service you never tell the customer "no, youre wrong." The buffet was 10 dollars a person, which is really expensive, especially if the staff is just going to insult you. When the economy is bad you want to wow your customers, not tick them off. I will not go here again.
Pros: none
Cons: dried out food, staff in denial, expensive
