If you've never eaten at a Denny's before, ... well, either 1.) stay away, because Muff and Uncle Biff would never speak to you again, or 2.) try it, and decide whether it's your style.
It isn't necessarily health food, but it's your choice what you eat, and there are plenty of reasonable choices on the menu.
Just don't come in expecting it to be "Chez Quis". I'm not saying you would be disappointed (because no one in their right mind would be), but you might need a few years of therapy if you don't get out much.
Pros: Clean, fair selection
Cons: Chain atmosphere?
