I boxed at Boxing 2000 for a year. And I took their boxing-based aerobics. I loved it. It is a great way to get in shape and learn a combative mindset. The instructors were awesome.
I moved out of town-- otherwise I would still go there.
It is a great place for anyone over 10 years old up to 100 years old. Man or woman.
You don't have to get hit if you don't want to.
