Worst Pedicure: Cold Water, Smeared polish, Rude people 1/8/2010

The Worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. 1. No spa to put your feet in. So, they bring a pan of lukewarm water that turns cold quite fast. You leave your feet in this pan for a few minutes, and then that's the end of the water part of the pedicure. No relaxing jets on your feet, nothing. And, your feet are freezing by the end. 2. The chairs are too low to the ground so you have to hold your feet up so the person can work on your toes. Very uncomfortable. 3. The chairs are not massage chairs. They have a little vibration to them... but there aren't enough outlets to have both the light and the chair plugged in... so they pull out the plug to the chair once they need the light to do the pedicure. 4. No toe spacers... just cheap kleenex. When I asked for toe spacers - the woman was extremely rude. 5. The instruments are reused without any cleaning. That's right... I watched them use the same things on the next person that they had used on me - WITHOUT ANY CLEANING. Gross. 6. No massage. The woman rubbed some lotion on my feet for one minute. 7. No parking. I had to park in a metered space - and then pay a $15 ticket b/c it only went up to one hour on the meter and I was gone 70 minutes. 8. At the end of the pedicure, they asked me to move to another space because they wanted my chair for someone else. I walked out with smeared polish and cold feet wondering what kind of disease I might get from the dirty instruments. And, they wanted $43 for this! You couldn't pay me to get my toes done there again. Bottom Line: STAY AWAY Pros: none Cons: No foot spa, reuse dirty instruments, no massage more
