I had the pleasure of attending a private dinner catered by A Spice of Life. The 6-course gastronomic experience rivalled any I've had at international 5-star restaurants - and I travel a lot!\r

Pieter (the chef) and Pat (the sommelier) put together awesome food/wine pairing including, amazingly enough, the intermezzo. I would have never thought Celery Sorbet and Tequila would go so well together.\r

Outstanding work, Spice! I wouldn't hesitate to let you turn any event of mine into a fine dining experience.
