I called the 24 hour walgreen phone number 939-2142 in ft myers. I spoke to someone who transfered me to the pharmacy. I had a few questions I wanted to ask the pharmacist and I asked if he/she was busy, "we're always busy what do you want. My response was if they were busy I would call at another time as my questions would take time. The person asked "why did I want to be like that?" I politely hung up. Never have I been asked by any employee at any location "why did I want to be like that" by stating I would call at a better time. My medication I take cost me over $300.00 a month and if this is how your staff treats people, I can take my business elsewhere. Just wanted some higer management what I was "told" I called somewhere between 12 am and 12:17 am. I would not recommend a star for the service from your pharmacist.
