Just tried getting a prescription filled after being very sick all week. The Chinese Pharmacist seen me and my fiancee approaching the counter, even though its in the dropoff hours, rudely asked if we needed a prescription to be filled, said i needed it asap, and he just went tsk, kind of like a w/e attitude, and watched us leave.
I also agree with the previous poster, no one is ever at the counter, and act like it's an inconvenience to ring anyone up. It seems like most people in Berks county need a Masters degree in Customer Service and how to be polite to customers. This is most places where I go :/
