I own a house in South Austin which was in need of foundation repair. I called 3 local companies to come out and take a look. 1 company gave me a recommendation for one side of my house (which was considerably cheaper than the other two), another quoted only exterior piers. Brady of Superior Foundation Repair suggested interior and exterior piers for the house, and recommended I have an engineer take a look for a second opinion. The engineer agreed that my house needed both interior and exterior piers, and recommended I use steel piers to correct the problems (he did not know I had already talked to Superior Foundation Repair). I told him of the other two company's recommendations and he said if I went with either of the two, I would need more work in the future, and my house would not be fully repaired. I went with Superior and they leveled my house in under 3 days! Not only that but their crew was fast and efficient. I recommend Superior to anyone needing foundation repair.
