Finally, the owner called me and got the mistaken charge straightened out. He seems like a nice guy, but his accounting person is another story. If you use this company, be sure to check the invoice closely and don't let them bully you if there's a mistake on it. Otherwise, they did a good job putting the new spring on my garage door.
