I RECENTLY VISITED THE ENGLEWOOD ROCKY MOUNTAIN URGENT CARE. AND WOW THE FRONT DESK GIRL (AMBER) WAS AWESOME, SHE SMILED, LET ME KNOW WHAT THE APROX. AMOUNT OF THE VISIT WAS GOING TO COST ME (NO INSURANCE) AND EVEN OFFERED ME A DISCOUNT PLAN. SHE WASN'T RUDE, IT WAS LIKE SHE WAS HAPPY FOR ME TO BE SICK SO SHE COULD SEE ME. ( I KNOW THAT SOUNDS WEIRD BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN). THE LADY(KATIE)WHO GOT MY VITALS WAS VERY AWARE OF WHAT WAS GOING ON AND SEEMED TO BE REALLY CONCERNED FOR ME. AND WHEN I WENT TO THE BACK TO THE ROOM, KATIE TOLD ME THAT THE DR. BOB WOULD BE IN AS SOON AS HE COULD. SHORLY AFTER LIKE 10 MINUTES DR. BOB CAME IN AND SEEN ME, GAVE ME WHAT I NEED, EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS GOING ON AND SENT ME ON MY WAY. THE ONLY REASON I SAY THE WAIT TIME WAS TERRIBLE, WAS BECAUSE I WAITED FOR AN HOUR. BUT I WAS ALSO WELL AWARE WHEN I CALLED (ONLY 15MINUTES) AMBER CLEARLY STATED THAT IT COULD CHANGE AT ANY GIVEN MOMENT BECAUSE ITS A WALK-IN CLINIC ONLY, SO I BROUGHT A BOOK. NO BIG DEAL, JUST WISH IT WAS A LITTLE FASTER.
