Some of these reviews r insane... Sparse parking? There is a full lot behind the building and as far as the urine smell I have seen several owners watch as their pet has urinated on the furniture and do not mention it to the staff so it can be properly cleaned. I have never been to a groomer who cares as much about the pets they groom as wendys... Not only do they do wonderful hand scissor work they have also helped with health issues that several vets and thousands of dollars later couldn't figure out.... They are a very caring establishment and knowledgable about health concerns....
