Not a very happy customer. Went in with my own bird cage and asked for assistance on purchasing prouducts necessary for having finches. Spent $100 on two finches, food, feeders, etc. Within 36 hours, both finches died. Went back to store to ask why they died and to get birds replaced. No one really knows why the finches died, they claimed it was due to starvation. However, I did exactly what they told me to do ~ so I really don't understand how they could have starved to death in 36 hours. They did replace the birds but wanted me to pay full price for the new ones. I couldn't believe what poor customer service I received ~ the manager would not even come out of her office to discuss with me any story policies. Instead, I was told that she was on her lunch break and that I would have to wait a 1/2 hour to discuss anything further with her, but they would give me both birds for the price of one.
